Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to children with social and emotional challenges in a residential setting.
• Coordinate and lead shifts to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
• Create detailed and accurate reports on the care and progress of children.
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic child development principles and apply them in care practices.
• Implement and adhere to quality standards and regulations in childcare.
• Manage crisis situations effectively and ensure the safety of children.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential childcare.
• Knowledge of basic child development and the needs of children in care.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and lead shifts effectively.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Understanding of quality standards and regulations in childcare.
• Ability to manage crisis situations and ensure the safety of children.
