Job Description

As a Residential Home Manager at PureNest Care Homes, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our team of Residential Workers to provide exceptional care to children and young people. You will be responsible for ensuring that our Residential Children’s Homes meet all quality requirements and comply with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of effective supervisory methods and ensure that the needs of young people with complex difficulties are met. A salary of up to £40,000 is offered, with guidance and support provided by our experienced Senior Management team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Residential Workers to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Implement effective supervisory methods to support and guide staff in their roles.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management team to continuously improve the quality of care provided.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members, including training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Standard regulations for Children’s Homes.
