Job Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to children and young people with social and emotional challenges.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
• Build positive relationships with children, their families, and other team members.
• Follow care plans and ensure the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of each child are met.
• Collaborate with other professionals and agencies involved in the care of children.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
• Passion for working with children and young people.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in childcare or related fields are a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
